Physical activity and health have become very important considerations in today's society. There is a growing concern about the inactivity levels of our young people and the consequences for their future health.

The Narrabeen Sports High School PDHPE faculty aims to give students an opportunity to develop healthy decision making skills by providing a variety of learning experiences. Hopefully, students, through acquired knowledge and participation, will develop an interest and involvement in physical activity and continue to make informed health decisions.
