Junior/ band ensemble

Narrabeen has created a junior ensemble band with both Year 7 and Year 8 students. The band is learning some percussion rhythms and also concentrating on individual instruments. The percussion style is similar to the exciting Rabbitohs drumming group and has proved to be very popular with the students who have joined the band. Frances Fordham is our very professional, innovative band leader and her experience and terrific ideas have really ignited the students into dedicated paractice.
Students practise on Friday's every week and pay a nominal fee.
