Kobe attended Narrabeen High School from 1990 to 1995. Kobe came to us from Elanora Heights Primary School after being named Dux and Sports Champion in 1989; the first student to ever win both awards. Kobe was a talented runner and long jumper and was a CHS finalist several times in these events. In 1993 she was named the Zone Champion and School Juvenile Champion. Kobe also represented the school in Gymnastics and Kayaking, where she won a gold medal at the CHS championships in the 500m K2 event. In 1995 she was elected as a prefect of the school. Kobe obtained her Certificate of Music, Australia (C.Mus.A) in 1997 after studying the piano for 13 years. Academically, it was Maths and Science that Kobe excelled in. In the 1995 HSC, Kobe came first in the state in 2 Unit Science for Life, beating 5000 other students. She was awarded the Premiers Certificate for Excellence in the Higher School Certificate; The first student from Narrabeen High to receive this award. Kobe went on to Macquarie University and obtained a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood. During this time she was offered a job as a computer programmer and found that it was in computing where her real talent lay. Kobe is currently studying for a Master of Science in Internetworking at the University of Technology, Sydney. Thank you Kobe. We are very grateful. Up to Hall of Fame Index
